Acceptance to the terms and conditions

If you tick the checkbox in our /success page, submit a form or purchase any of our services, you have applied and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions fully.
If you decide to cancel the development of your project, you will still be charged for the time we have spent developing.

What we do with your information

We gather the information listed above to contact you with responses to any of your needs.

We also store your information in a database for future reference.


Charges for any services provided by TechUp are firstly defined in the project quotation, which is a rough estimate based on the information you provide. The Client will receive this quote via e-mail. The charges are subject to change as the client alters their requirements of the service/product. The final charge is defined in the invoice that you will recieve once the product has been built. It is more than likely you will have to pay an ongoing fee if you require certain features for your website or application.

Intellectual property

In the development processs of your website or web application, we will own the intellectual property. As soon as you pay the full amount required for the product, you will then have ownership over the website or web application. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Data protection

Any data we gather from any of our forms on our website we do not sell, distribute or lease to any third parties.

You may requeset your personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like a copy of this Act, please contact us.

If you think any of your personal data which we hold is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us and we will be quick to correct it as soon as possible.
